Why are there so many immigrants in Florida?

I remember that according to the geography of high school, the population migration in the United States mainly goes to the west and south, and the south is suitable for survival because of its mild climate, which is the so-called "sunshine zone". People all migrate from the "frozen zone" in the north to the south.
