The financial department is responsible for the collection, allocation and management, land acquisition and related taxes and fees.

Audit, inspection and supervision departments are responsible for the implementation of land acquisition compensation and resettlement policies and the supervision and inspection of land acquisition management and the collection and use of overall planning fees.

The petition department is responsible for coordinating relevant departments to do a good job in land acquisition compensation and resettlement stability.
