The first-phase project of Luo Qi Wharf in Yubei District of Chongqing has a total land area of about 8,666,666 square meters, a planned land area of about 5,333,333 square meters, a wharf operation area of 2 million square meters, a railway loading and unloading area of 533,333 square meters, a logistics value-added processing area of 2,666,666 square meters and a business office area of133,333 square meters.

The coastline of Luoqi Port is 2,500m long, with planned berths 15 and designed annual throughput of 35 million tons, including 3 commercial ro-ro berths, 7 heavy ro-ro berths 1 berth, 7 bulk berths and 4 multi-purpose berths.
