If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Article 13

When a citizen moves, he/she shall preside over the migration permit within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside from the date of his/her arrival at the migration place, and apply for the cancellation of the migration permit to the household registration authority.
