Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Terminal

The airport terminal is divided into three units, which undertake departure and arrival tasks at the same time. 1 and 2 units are mainly international flights, and 3 units are mainly domestic flights.

Departing passengers check in at units 1 and 2 according to their destination. Both units have check-in counters using the universal terminal equipment system, and the immigration department is located on the first floor. After that, passengers enter the waiting hall on the second floor by elevator or escalator. * * * There are eight boarding gates with boarding bridges. The international arrival hall passes through the same boarding gate and meets the team leading to the immigration office in front of the baggage claim area on the first floor. The baggage claim area is equipped with a conveyor belt.

There are banks, taxis, car rentals, travel services and hotel reservations in the arrival area. Buses to and from downtown have stops at 1 unit and unit 2. All units and arrival halls are equipped with information desks. There is a flight information display system.

Simba restaurant is located on the sixth floor of the central main building. 1 Unit has a cafeteria operated by Home Park, Unit 2 has restaurants and bars, Unit 3 and the international arrival hall have cafeterias and fast food restaurants, all of which are operated by NAS. Each unit is equipped with a beverage vending machine.
