The reservoir has a total storage capacity of 172 million cubic meters, the power station has an installed capacity of 7,500 kilowatts, and the average multi-year power generation is 33.01 million kilowatt-hours. The total static investment in the project is 4.105 billion yuan, and the total construction period is initially planned to be 54 months. After the completion of the project, the average multi-year water supply volume will reach 278 million cubic meters, which can provide emergency backup storage capacity of 33.25 million cubic meters for Chengdu's water supply. It will effectively solve the problem of a single water source for water supply in the central city of Chengdu, ensure the safety of water supply in the central city, and improve water supply security. Level and risk resistance are of great significance. The Lijiayan Reservoir is located on the Wenjing River in Huaiyuan Town, Chongzhou City. It is 45 kilometers away from Chengdu in a straight line and is one of the better water sources in Chengdu. The Wenjing River has stable water volume and good water quality. It has the topographic and geological conditions for building a reservoir. The submerged area of ??the reservoir area is not large and the environmental impact is small. At present, the average daily drinking water consumption in the central urban area of ??Chengdu reaches 1.41 million cubic meters, and the Lijiayan Reservoir has a planned storage capacity of 302 million cubic meters, which can fully guarantee water supply and become the first choice for Chengdu's second water source.
