I. Withdrawal conditions and materials to be provided:

(1) Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card (if an agent is entrusted, the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card shall also be provided);

1. Buy a house with its own property rights: land and house ownership certificate, or provide the following materials according to the house type:

(1) Commercial housing: provide commercial housing sales contracts and special invoices for commercial housing sales certified by the Municipal Real Estate Transaction Rights Registration Center.

When employees buy new commercial housing, they can withdraw the housing provident fund as the down payment on the basis of the purchase contract certified by the municipal real estate transaction right registration center and the account number of the house selling account issued by the real estate developer, and transfer it to the house selling account opened by the house selling unit in the bank by transfer (for the same house, they can only choose to withdraw the housing provident fund to pay the down payment or withdraw cash after paying off all the house payment, whichever is the two).

(2) Affordable housing, unified housing, housing reform housing, rebuild housing and overseas Chinese housing: purchase contract and purchase invoice.

③ Second-hand house: purchase contract, transaction deed tax payment certificate.

(4) Auction house: the auction transaction confirmation and unified auction bill issued by the auction company.

⑤ Demolition and resettlement houses: the purchase contract or the demolition and resettlement agreement of the demolition and resettlement houses, and the unified receipt (invoice) for the demolition and resettlement.

⑥ Fund-raising for building: fund-raising agreement (contract) and fund-raising receipt.

2. Construction or renovation of owner-occupied housing with ownership: construction permit or approval document issued by the construction management department at or above the district (county) level.

3. Overhaul of owner-occupied housing with ownership: the approval document of overhaul and the ownership certificate of land and housing issued by the construction management department at or above the district (county) level.

4. The minimum living guarantee object pays the public housing rent: the minimum living guarantee, the public housing lease contract issued by the civil affairs department, and the bill for paying the last month's rent when the employee applies.

5. Completely lose the ability to work and terminate the labor relationship with the unit: member of Xiamen Labor Ability Appraisal Committee.

Issue an appraisal certificate of total loss of labor ability and a certificate of termination of labor relations with the unit.

6. Non-local household registration terminates labor relations with the unit and leaves the city: the certificate of termination of labor relations with the unit, the certificate of foreign household registration or the employment certificate of foreign personnel issued by the competent labor department.

7. Moving out of the city: the certificate of termination of labor relations with the unit, and the certificate of moving out of the household registration issued by the household registration management department.

8. Settle abroad: a visa for settling abroad or immigration, or a certificate of cancellation of household registration issued by the household registration management department (the reason for cancellation is to settle abroad), or a residence certificate of the country of residence.

9. Retired employees: retirement certificate or resignation certificate issued by the competent labor and personnel department. Employees who have reached the statutory retirement age without retirement certificates shall provide ID cards and unit certificates.

10. The employee is dead or declared dead: if his legal heir, testator or legatee applies for withdrawal, he shall provide (1) the death certificate issued by the local public security department or the death certificate issued by the court; (2) the certificate of inheritance notarized by the notary department or judged or ruled by the court.

Tip:

When employees apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund, the withdrawal amount shall reach the balance in the individual housing provident fund account when purchasing, constructing, renovating or overhauling self-occupied housing, but the total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the amount of purchasing, constructing, renovating or overhauling self-occupied housing. The security object pays the rent of public houses, and the housing provident fund is withdrawn once a year, and the amount of withdrawal does not exceed one year's rent. If the above withdrawal reason is 5- 10, the account shall be closed at the same time.

Second, the handling procedures:
