Leadership Care in Shangchuan Town

On February 7, 2007, Duan Yingru, member of the Standing Committee of Lanzhou Municipal Committee, led the heads of relevant departments directly under the municipal government and counterpart assistance units to Shangchuan Town, Yongdeng County for poverty alleviation condolences. Duan Yingru and his party visited Huangcitang Village, Dongchang Village, village of tianshan Village and Xinle Village successively, and sent solatium, rice, oil, quilts, down jackets and other condolences to 17 poor households. In Huangzitan Village, Duan Yingru visited two brothers, Mou and Mou Haixin. The Mou brothers are disabled and unable to work. Duan Yingru also came to Dongchangcun Primary School and visited the teachers and students of the school. She also brought more than 60 new schoolbags for immigrant children.
