Zhou Dapeng of Xichuan County did not leave. Zhou Dapeng, born in February 1973, is a graduate student at the Provincial Party School and a member of the Communist Party of China. On the morning of October 31, 2021, Xichuan County held a county-wide meeting of leading cadres and announced the decision of the provincial party committee and the municipal party committee on the adjustment of the main leaders of the county party committee: Comrade Zhou Dapeng was appointed as a member, standing committee member, and secretary of the Xichuan County Committee of the Communist Party of China.
