Dalong Village, Qixi Town, has a population of 188 households, 604 people, 200 acres of cultivated land and 481 acres of tea gardens. Dalong Mountain, with an altitude of 1,193 meters, is the birthplace of Kaihua Longding Tea. The 10,000-mu forest in Qixi Town is within the jurisdiction of the village, and is known as the “Big Dragon Showing in the 10,000-mu Forest”.

Dalong Village is adjacent to Jiangyuan Village, Lingli Village, Zuoxi Village, Renzongkeng Village, Qixi Village, Fengyingtan Village, Liyangtian Village, Shangcun Village and Longmen Village.

In March 2020, the Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Bureau announced the list of "One Village, Ten Thousand Trees" demonstration villages in Zhejiang Province in 2019, and Dalong Village was on the list.
