In fact, it is not difficult to find a reasonable and feasible solution as long as we fully listen to the opinions of all parties and incorporate public opinion into the decision-making process. Under the framework of the current college entrance examination system, promoting the college entrance examination in different places by opening the registration conditions of the college entrance examination will inevitably lead to the conflict of interests between the local registered population and foreigners. Furthermore, in the multi-evaluation system of independent enrollment, in order to correct the educational differences in different regions, there are usually indicators of regional education factors and family factors. Candidates from all over the country can apply for the exam anywhere, and the enrollment school will give students in areas with weak education a certain bonus evaluation, and even list a certain number of enrollment in weak areas. In view of this situation, the children of migrant workers can take the unified examination of urban identity and apply for independent enrollment in colleges and universities. However, whether they can be admitted or not depends on their comprehensive quality. Compared with students from their hometown, they may not have an advantage in the new admission system.

To some extent, the problem of college entrance examination in different places is actually the same as that of the current joint entrance examination for independent enrollment. If the education department decentralizes and promotes real independent enrollment, the problem of college entrance examination in different places will be solved, and there will be no variation in the current joint entrance examination.

Without listening to public opinion, decision-making by government departments will inevitably bring three problems: First, the policy-making is extremely arbitrary, and the annual entrance examination policy in China is the same, which is caused by this decision-making mechanism. If there is a mechanism, we must listen to public opinion and incorporate it into decision-making, and the policy cannot change so quickly. Second, the policy only reflects the intention of the administrative department, and the opinions of school operators, educators and educatees are ignored, and many policies are questioned as soon as they are introduced. Third, educators and educated groups who can't express their opinions are caught in a "struggle" with each other. A policy will always have beneficiaries and disadvantages, so there will be a war of words between beneficiaries and disadvantages. In the lively war of words, everyone seems to have forgotten that the beneficiary this time may be the victim next time. The reason for this damage is not the beneficiary, but the administrative department in a strong decision-making position.

In order to effectively safeguard everyone's rights, we must give them the right to know, participate, express, make decisions and supervise. When every citizen has such rights, we will reduce the occurrence of unfair things on each of us. Everyone should also respect these rights of others, and don't gloat over the injustice suffered by others. You know, if the decision-making mechanism remains unchanged, similar injustice may come to you in an instant.
