Nanjing Foreigners Taiwan Pass Application Process

(1) The applicant submits the application materials to the exit-entry administration agency of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the State Administration of Immigration, and collects fingerprint information according to regulations;

(two) the accepting institution shall issue an acceptance receipt to the applicant if it meets the application conditions, the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form; If the application materials are incomplete or inconsistent with the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be supplemented at one time; Do not belong to the scope of responsibilities of the department or do not meet the acceptance requirements, will not be accepted, and explain the reasons to the applicant.

(three) the examination and approval authority to review, and make a decision of approval or disapproval. If approved, a certificate will be issued; If it is not approved, the examination and approval authority shall issue a "Decision on Not Approving" to the applicant.

(4) The applicant has obtained the certificate.

Mainland residents applying for travel permits and endorsements to and from Taiwan should apply by themselves, but in any of the following circumstances, they can apply according to the corresponding regulations:

(a) 16 years of age to apply for a pass to and from Taiwan, the guardian or ward should entrust others to accompany the application.

(two) with a valid passport to Taiwan, to the original certificate or the original endorsement agency to apply for endorsement (except residence), you can entrust others to apply for it.

(three) to apply for an invitation letter to Taiwan with a valid pass to and from Taiwan, and the group agency unit may apply for it on its behalf.

(4) Personnel carrying out direct flights between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits can apply for crew endorsement with valid travel passes, and the company can apply for it on their behalf.

(five) the leader of the mainland residents' travel team to Taiwan holds a valid pass to and from Taiwan to apply for a team travel endorsement, which can be applied by the tour group.

(6) The crew members of mainland fishing boats who are engaged in labor services for fishermen along the coast of Taiwan Province and apply for endorsements with valid passes to and from Taiwan may apply for endorsements by their labor cooperation enterprises on their behalf.

(7) Other circumstances stipulated by the National Immigration Bureau.
