Measures for Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement Chapter I General Provisions

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Implementation of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Implementation of Sichuan Province (Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China) and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation in Chengdu.

Violation of Article 30

Article 32 If a party refuses to accept specific administrative acts such as administrative punishment or compulsory measures, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.

The person in charge of the land administrative department has dereliction of duty.

Article 33. Abuse of power, corruption, which constitutes a crime, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law; ; If it does not constitute a crime, the administration shall deal with it in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-fourth, land acquisition compensation standards and other related expenses, by the municipal land administrative departments in conjunction with the relevant departments to develop and implement.
