Why did the Chen Shiqu family move to Canada?

In order to improve the quality of life, Chen Shiqu's family moved to Canada. Specifically, they can get better education, working environment and quality of life in Canada. Chen Shiqu's eldest daughter, Chen Li, worked in a military hospital, and her youngest daughter, Chen Xiaoqin, worked in a state-owned enterprise. Later, they all moved to Canada with their families.
