Can immigration to North Korea include distribution?

The coverage of Bai Lili basically ended in 2006, and my two-hour interview with her basically concentrated after that. The aura of the media has made her life in the first 20 years too bright, so why should I repeat it?

After 2006, after several major operations and three years of treatment and rehabilitation, it seems that she is not so painful. "I have a disability certificate." When he said this, Bai Lili was really joking in a relaxed tone. Today, Bai Lili and her friend * * * run a sports company. Her friend is engaged in baseball and she is engaged in football. At the same time, I run a children's football training class with little money, but I do it very seriously. In addition to teaching football skills, she also hopes to teach children the healthy and upward character and the spirit of unity and cooperation conveyed in football. The English she learned during the long treatment also came in handy. She will help professional lecturers from FIFA, AFC and China Football Association to do translation work. At the same time, she is also preparing a special women's football charity fund. Even after leaving the stadium, everything Bai Lili did revolved around football, as she wrote in Weibo, "The indissoluble bond with football."

This girl about my age has experienced more ups and downs in life than I have in the past 30 years. Perhaps because of this, she can be so knowledgeable and her life can be so different. She said, "Life is burning."

Q: What was your life experience as a child? How did you get on the road of football? A: My mother is an educated youth. After I was born in Shanghai, everyone in my mother's family wanted me to stay and grow up in Shanghai, because the conditions in Shanghai are better. At that time, my aunt, my mother's sister, was not married yet, so she took on the heavy responsibility of taking care of me from an early age. In order to take care of me, she didn't get married until she was very old and an old girl died. I've always been grateful to her. At that time, there was a policy that every educated youth family could have a child account of 16 years old and go back to Shanghai. However, my elders are always afraid of policy changes, so they demand a lot from me, such as studying hard and asking for everything, so that I can be sure that my hukou can return to Shanghai.

When I was young, I was active, fast and tall, so our PE teacher said, why don't you play football? I am very happy, but my family is worried that I will delay my study because I have to train after class every day. Fortunately, my uncle also likes sports, so he let go and said that he could play without affecting his grades.

I remember that once I got 92 points in the exam, my aunt locked me at home and wouldn't let me go to training because my elders asked me to get 95 points or more in every subject. The coach saw that I didn't come to training, so he made a home visit. Hearing this reason, he felt that my family asked too much of me.

After I started playing football, it went smoothly, from the district sports school to the municipal sports school, from the municipal sports school to the Shanghai team. After several years in Shanghai, I just joined the national team. In fact, at that time, the Shanghai team was full of talents, and Mo and Shui Du were there. I've never played in the main team. I decided to give up football and go to university for further study (our team was already in Tongji at that time), because I think there are so many old players, when will it be possible to get ahead?

There was a game at that time, and several old players were injured. The coach asked me to start with the striker. I don't play football anymore, because I don't have any ideological burden. Unexpectedly, I played well and scored a goal. It happened that the coach of the national team was also watching the game. Everyone thinks the child is very aura. At that time, it happened to be the second place in the 1999 National Women's World Cup, and the national team needed fresh blood, so I entered the national team by chance, just when I wanted to give up football. When I first entered the national team, I also faced a lot of competition, because I was just a small player, and some big games, such as the World Cup and the Olympic Games, might not have a chance. But once you get into this circle, exercise slowly. With the gradual retirement of old players, in 2003, I really began to play the main force in the national team.

Q: I must talk about the injury. Do you still want to remember? A: June 2005 was actually my best two years. Unfortunately, although our team won the Asian Cup in 2006, I was seriously injured in the semi-final match with North Korea.

At that time, I felt my heart was about to explode. I jumped to the ground and broke three ligaments. Actually, they broke in the air, and then I landed again. The pain is beyond description. This may be life. When you look good, you don't know what will happen in the next second. I felt very good at that time. You see, I started to play the main force in the national team and I am in good shape. I think I can give a good performance. And god gave you this ...

After the injury from 2006 to 2009, it was the darkest period in my life. I was seriously injured, and the operation was very big. The first operation was not very successful. My legs are inflamed, my joints are swollen and hot, I can't bend at all, and I can't sleep at night. I have to put it on the ice pack, and the water in it will turn into hot water in a moment. I want to get up and change water, three or four times a night. After the operation in Belgium, I lived alone in the rehabilitation center, but I had to cook by myself. I am taken to the supermarket once a week on crutches. Be good every morning and afternoon. When you recover, you should put ice in your room. If your legs are a little cold, go and find yourself something to eat. I felt very painful at that time, because my legs kept burning as soon as I stood up. So the dishes I cook the most are scrambled eggs with tomatoes and fried shrimps, because they are very simple. My life is completely around injuries, and my heart is also suffering. Christmas, New Year and my birthday in 2006 were all spent alone in Belgium. I live on the top floor, and the roof is inclined. I sleep in a single bed under the sloping roof, just like the attic in Shanghai, and I feel so miserable …

I once recovered with confidence. In 2007, I was able to participate in the World Cup, but it proved impossible. My leg continues to be inflamed, so I can't connect the ligament. The doctor said that the ligament could not be connected until the leg could bend 120 degrees and the inflammation completely disappeared ... After I returned to Shanghai from Belgium, my condition was still very bad, and then I went to Beijing for treatment and stayed in the hospital for seven months.

Q: How is your leg now? A: There is basically nothing wrong with daily life and exercise, but it can't be too intense and there can't be physical confrontation. Of course, because the previous operation was relatively large, sometimes I walked too much or got up in the morning and felt that my joints were not very lubricated, so it was definitely impossible to return to my previous state. But I am already grateful. I thought I was going to be disabled. I can't bend my legs at all. I have to keep leaning on crutches, and I feel one foot high and one foot low when I walk.

Q: What is the most unforgettable memory or game in your sports career? A: I was injured in this game. This is the first Asian champion in my career, but it is also the last one. When I went to win the championship, my teammates pushed me into a wheelchair. They put the trophy on my arm and took pictures around me. We are wearing adidas custom-made sportswear, and our chests say that we are champions.

And the game that helped me get into the national team. I almost gave up before that. This is a game that greatly affects my outlook on life. You see, what will happen next moment, where my life will go, many choices are not made by myself. In this case, there is nothing to be afraid of. Whatever happens, I can accept it.

These two games are actually two turning points in my life. One has influenced my values and the other is my life experience. The next moment I win the championship, my life will not be on the court. Sometimes I dream that I am still playing football on the court. Once I was sick, everyone said I needed treatment, but I actually said, OK, I'll go for treatment after the World Cup ... In fact, I still miss the moment when I struggled on the court. But even if I stop playing, I'm still in this profession. Part of it is educating people, and part of it is doing translation, which is also helping others to pass on the information of football.

Q: What do you think of the sudden end of your career? A: In the 2007 World Cup, I was invited by five members of the Central Committee to explain, and the host asked me how I felt. If I hadn't been hurt, I would have fought with my sisters on the court. I said that I couldn't accept it at first, and my mood was very complicated, with envy, jealousy and injustice. But later, when I slowly accepted that I really couldn't play anymore, I was able to face the reality. There are many choices in life. Maybe God closes one door, but he will open another window. It doesn't mean that after this door is closed, life will end and life will continue. Although I am explaining the game, my heart is actually on the court with them. Of course, I am also looking forward to what my next life will be like. I want to prepare for another part of my life. Can think so, in fact, it is really bitter for my heart …

Q: What do your former teammates usually do after they retire? A: After retiring, the Shanghai team is still good and is responsible for distribution. Athletes can accept distribution or buyout after retirement. Some of my former senior sisters were teachers, some were assigned to social security centers, some were assigned to telecommunications, and some were assigned to urban management ... Basically, they were mainly state-owned enterprises and institutions. I think these jobs have nothing to do with my major at all, and working from nine to five is just to make a living and get paid. This kind of life means little to me, and I'm not very interested.

Q: Have you thought about what to do after retirement before you retire? A: Yes. I belong to a person with a strong sense of crisis. I get anxious before I retire. I think I will face retirement in the future. I will enjoy the scenery again, but what will I do after retirement? In fact, many athletes have not thought about their future career or direction when they are still training. Some people will complain after retirement and think it is a system problem. The government will leave us alone, have no way to get re-employed and live a very hard life. I realized this a long time ago. I knew I needed a second job, so I used my limited time to read books and learn English before I retired. After my injury, I went to Wall Street to study English for a while, which is why I can help some professional football lecturers from FIFA, AFC and China Football Association to translate. I still remember when I was studying English on Wall Street, my legs were still swollen, and I had to support myself with a stool in class. When people outside saw it, they all said, "This student is awesome. He always holds his legs in class. " . (Laughter) The sense of crisis after the injury at that time pushed me to read more. Of course, the downside is that I will have a lot of psychological pressure.

Q: So what are you doing now? A: In addition to helping FIFA, AFC and China Football Association as translators and some assistants mentioned above, I also attended some advanced courses recommended by the Football Association, and they also intended me to develop into a lecturer.

In addition, He Hezhi and I (editor's note: please see the third sandwich interview) are partners and jointly run a sports company. Because we all like sports and are Christians, we have the same values, so we cooperate well. He specializes in baseball and I specialize in football. We combine these two sports, as well as some unfamiliar new team sports, into some enterprise team building and expansion activities. In addition, we also do public relations activities such as event promotion and sports equipment sales.

One of my projects also includes children's weekend community football training class, which is also sponsored by this sports company. I don't think children need to be professional football players, but football has many changes and is very interesting. It is a team sport. Weekly football training can actually help children cultivate team spirit and contribute to their physical and mental health. Actually, I didn't make much money doing this project. Fortunately, I have community support to contact the venue. I wrote my own course and spent a lot of energy and thought. Someone once advised me to give up, but I think I should stick to it since I started, and I can also take this opportunity to accumulate more experience. The most important thing is that I can benefit the children.

Although our company has not reached any scale, it is a process of gradual upward development, and what I have done has not made me give up my favorite sports, so I am very happy. Looking back, life is to look forward, don't dwell too much on pain, and don't always say that heaven is unfair. Otherwise, life may really stop here. I am a Christian, so I believe that life is the master, but even so, the road still depends on myself. God will guide me, but if I don't take this step, I can't.

My life so far is a bit like a mountain road. There seems to be no road. When I turn around, it is a bright future. Maybe at the end of life, we can see the whole road. I only know that I can't stop now, and I'm more curious about what the road will be like in the future.

Q: How many jobs do you have now? How do you arrange your time? A: I basically arrange my time around the tasks of the company. For example, what jobs the company will have here and what time it will take up. In addition, I can do something for the Football Association, and I can also use it for another task, which is to prepare a special charity fund for women's football. Unlike the nine-to-five job, I can control my time better, but on the other hand, my whole life is devoted to my work.

For me, the work of the Football Association is my specialty, my strength, the work of the company is a new challenge that I need to learn, and it is also a career that I am very interested in. Public welfare is something I can do all my life. After retiring at the age of 50 or 60, I can devote more energy to public welfare undertakings and make more contributions to society.

Q: What do you think of the situation of retired athletes? The problem of athletes retiring due to injury is also a social problem. At this time, the protection of the country and society is crucial, the country is also in transition, and the society's mentality towards retired athletes is also changing ... A: As far as I know, professional athletes in Shanghai are still willing to receive professional training at the same time, such as our Shanghai women's football team, Tongji University's handball team, Jiaotong University's swimming track and field, and China's baseball and softball. After retirement, you can continue to study in colleges and universities. I was given 4 insurances 1 gold when I was on the job, and almost all medical services were reported, but this kind of treatment can only be done in Shanghai. In other provinces and cities, the wages of some projects are not bad, and there are some medical insurance, not to mention the distribution after retirement. Compared with them, professional athletes in Shanghai are lucky. I think this is the guarantee mechanism of the Shanghai Municipal Government in this respect, which can give full consideration to athletes. Therefore, there will be no news that Shanghai athletes are down and out.

First of all, I want to know whether that country can introduce some uniform standards, at least medical insurance, on the guarantee mechanism for athletes and provide them with opportunities for learning. Of course, as an athlete, we should also have the awareness and desire to learn, know what is happening in this world, keep up with the pace of the times, and learn to think and protect ourselves.

Further, it may be better if our mechanism can be combined with physical education, but it will be a great change, involving many aspects, and even denying many achievements made by our existing mechanism, so how to go in the future is really not something that ordinary people can worry about.

Q: How many children are there in your children's football training class? I have a training class for children. There are twelve or thirteen children on Saturday and adult classes on Sunday. Because children usually have to work, it is difficult for them to take time out for training after school. I am also training some coaches, but as long as I am in Shanghai, I always do it myself because I am responsible for my children.

I think teaching children physical education is one thing, and I care more about the cultivation of children's character. When I take care of my children, I will find many problems, such as selfishness, complaining and some swearing. We should pay attention to the ways and means of cultivating these children, give them appropriate rewards and challenge them. I hope they can change slowly, not only in technology, but also in people.

Q: Did you start this children's football training class to train talents for this industry? A: No, actually, practicing skills once a week won't have much effect. We pay more attention to combining the characteristics of teamwork in football to cultivate children's healthy body and mind. In particular, children are mostly only children and need interaction time. I heard that many schools simply cancelled the physical education class for fear of children's accidents, which suppressed children's active nature. I found several children running wildly on Saturday, and the brakes couldn't stop. This is actually a release.

Our leaflet says, are you still letting your children attend various training courses every weekend? Are you willing to give your children a blue sky, white clouds, green stadium and a period of physical and mental relaxation?

Q: Are there more boys or girls in your training class? A: At first, it was mixed. Later, it was found that girls were still rather delicate, so most of them were boys.

Q: What kind of life do you like? A: I think it's different stages of life. I like both states. Some life states are unrepeatable, just like my experience in the team. This experience has its ups and downs. We exercise very hard. In summer, we got a tan and our hair was short. Many people say that you don't look like a girl. But when I was very young, because of football, I could travel around the world to exchange games, and then I could represent my country in intercontinental and world competitions. If I had chosen to study and found a job after graduation, it would have been the experience of ordinary people. But when I chose football, my life experience was very different. Even if I stop playing football and do something I couldn't do before, it's good. I am grateful at any stage.

Q: Have you considered emigrating? A: No, probably because we used to sing more under the national flag (laughs). Especially in foreign countries, that feeling is very different. This is not your home. Although your home is not good, it is your home after all. Wearing the China team's jersey and singing the national anthem, standing under the national flag on behalf of China, not everyone can understand the sense of honor and mission. I am grateful for this experience.

Q: May I ask your plans and thoughts about your family? A: I want to have a family, I want to have a partner, and I want someone in my life to stand by and support me forever. But this kind of thing can't be met. Anyway, in which state, what kind of life I enjoy. I think if I get married, I may not have so much energy to devote to so many things. However, different stages of life have different emphases. If my family and my other half need me to pay more in the future, I have no problem.

Q: What do you think of yourself in ten years? A: As I said before, my outlook on life has changed greatly in the year when I joined the national team. I take every step seriously. I don't know where the creator will take me in ten years, but I think I still have love and enthusiasm for life at any stage of my life. Life is about to burn. I think it's time for the fire to flourish. Ha ha.
