Progress of Jinling Reservoir Project

Jinling Reservoir Project started at the end of 1998.

Xiaoling River Basin Planning was compiled in 1999 and approved by the Provincial Planning Commission in April 2006. In order to solve the problems of flood control and urban water supply in Jinzhou city of Xiaoling River basin, it is planned to build Jinling Reservoir in Jinzhou area in the middle and lower reaches of Xiaoling River mainstream in the near future.

In April 2003, the proposal of Jinling Reservoir Project was completed. In June 2003 10, and in July 2004, it passed the evaluation of General Planning Institute of Ministry of Water Resources and China International Engineering Consulting Company respectively, and was reported to the National Development and Reform Commission.

In June 5438+February, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the project proposal with the document [2007]3542 of Development and Reform Agricultural Economics.

In June 5438+February 2008, the feasibility study report of Jinling Reservoir Project was completed. On June 5438+ 10, 2009, it was reviewed by the Planning Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources and reported to the National Development and Reform Commission.

From June, 5438 to February, 2008, Jinzhou Municipal Government established Jinling Reservoir Construction Management Bureau, and at the same time, Jinling Reservoir Construction Management Bureau organized the preparatory work for the preliminary construction.

In May 2009, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the feasibility study report of this project in document [2009] 1275.

In May 2009, the preliminary design report of Jinling Reservoir Project was basically completed and ready to be submitted.

On May 20th, 2009, the project started.

According to the requirements of project planning and construction progress, the first phase of the project has completed greening 120 hectares and planted 220,000 trees. The second phase of this year's project has been fully launched. The main work includes material preparation, technical training, soil preparation, management, digging holes, planting trees and watering. It is estimated that the afforestation area will reach 160 hectares and 286,000 trees will be planted.
