Members of the Jiu San Society have the freedom to quit. I put forward a written application to quit the club, which was discussed and approved by the local grassroots organizations, and was reported to the municipal organizations with districts for approval to terminate their club membership, and reported to the provincial organizations for the record.

If a member fails to participate in organizational activities for a long time without justifiable reasons, fails to pay social fees for three consecutive years, and fails to make corrections after education, it shall be discussed and approved by the local grassroots organization and terminated with the approval of the provincial organization.

When members' work and life change, they should go through the formalities for the transfer of social organization relations according to regulations.
