What are the special inspections of hydropower stations?

The hydropower station has eight special acceptance projects:

1. Special acceptance of fire-fighting special acceptance documents

2. Conduct special entry-exit inspection and acceptance.

3. Special acceptance of soil and water conservation

4. Special acceptance of environmental protection

5. Special acceptance of labor safety and industrial hygiene

6. Special acceptance of hub project

7. Special acceptance of final accounts

8. Special acceptance of archives

Technical data to be handed over include: technical documents and design changes; Full set of installation drawings (including modified drawings), specifications, quality guarantee and manufacturer's ex-factory certificate; Supplementary geological and hydrological data during construction; Building (structure) and large equipment foundation settlement observation records, main axis measurement; Pay-off records and list of leveling points; Material test records and warranty; Construction and installation engineering quality inspection and acceptance record and intermediate acceptance visa; Handling records of quality accidents and equipment defects during construction and trial operation; Installation records, acceptance visas and commissioning reports; Contracts, agreements, correspondence documents and minutes of important meetings that need to be used as the basis for production; Foreign technical data; Minutes of division of labor and coordination of unfinished projects; Evaluation documents of quality supervision institutions on unit quality supervision, etc.
