After the immigrant obtains foreign nationality, the name on the domestic real estate license is still valid.

In the following seven cases, when the identity information of the real estate obligee changes, when applying for registration of new registered items of real estate, materials that prove that the subject of application and the subject recorded in the register are the same person shall be provided, and the following requirements shall be met:

(a) the domestic natural person submits the identity change certificate issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located;

(2) If the serviceman is retired or transferred to other jobs, and the real estate is registered with the original military officer's certificate and other identity documents, the identity change certificate issued by the original serviceman's identity document issuing department and the public security organ or civil affairs department where the current household registration is located shall be submitted;

(3) If a domestic natural person obtains the status of an overseas resident, a notarized or certified certificate of identity change shall be submitted; If it cannot be provided, submit other materials sufficient to prove that it is the same person before and after the change, such as the historical identity record before leaving the country or the sworn statement of identity change issued by the household registration administration department where the original account is located;

(4) If an overseas natural person obtains the status of a domestic resident, a notarized certificate of identity change shall be submitted;

(5) An overseas natural person shall submit a certified certificate of identity change;

(6) Domestic legal persons and other organizations shall submit the corresponding identification documents issued by their main registration agencies;

(7) Overseas legal persons and other organizations shall submit certificates of identity change issued by their approval and registration agencies.
