After examination and approval, the applicant shall go to the mainland public security unit to cancel the account with a copy of the settlement certificate issued by the Immigration Department, and then go to the mainland notary office to cancel the account after obtaining the certificate of cancellation. Once the children enter the country, the notarial certificate of cancellation of household registration and the certificate of health examination in Taiwan will be sent to the entry-exit administration department to renew the original residence certificate, and then the residence certificate will be used to register with the household registration authority in registered permanent residence.

● Children with non-mainland household registration: First, apply for the child's birth certificate, Taiwan Province health examination certificate (the form is obtained from the entry-exit department) (note: children under 6 years old need to prepare vaccination certificate) and non-mainland household registration certificate. He will take a copy of residence certificate issued by the immigration department to cancel his account with the mainland public security unit, and then go to the mainland notary office to cancel his account certificate; At the time of entry, the notarial certificate of cancellation of household registration, the health examination certificate of DNA identification and SEF verification in Taiwan will be sent to the immigration bureau to renew the original residence certificate, and then the residence certificate will be registered at the household registration office.

Once the children enter the country, they will send the DNA identification certificate and health examination certificate in Taiwan Province to the immigration department to renew their original residence certificate, and then register with the household registration office with the residence certificate.

(3) Parents are not married (claimed by biological father)

● Children have been registered in the Mainland.

First, the notarial certificate of the birth of the child, the notarial certificate of the woman's marital status, and the notarial certificate that the custody right belongs to the biological father shall be handled at the Chinese mainland Taiwan-related notary office. After the original notarial certificate is verified by SEF, it shall be submitted to the household registration together with the DNA identification certificate in Taiwan Province (re-examined after entering Taiwan Province) and the health examination certificate in Taiwan Province (form obtained from the immigration department) (note: children under 6 years old need to prepare vaccination certificate) and the transcript of household registration. After losing the certificate of origin, photos and other documents, apply to the "Immigration Department" for children to settle in Taiwan. After examination and approval, you can cancel your account with the copy of the residence certificate issued by the Immigration Department at the mainland public security unit. Once the children enter the country, they will send the notarial certificate of cancellation of household registration, DNA identification certificate in Taiwan and health examination certificate to the entry-exit administration department for renewal of the original residence certificate, and then register with the household registration authority in registered permanent residence with the residence certificate.
