Thirteen sisters (Wu Junru), the elder sister of Bolan Street, rescue their girlfriend SASA (King-Man Chik) from the East Star gangster Washington (Peter Ngor). Unexpectedly, SASA has secretly colluded with Washington to frame 13th sister, and 13th sister dealt with them in a rage. Han Bin (Yin Yangming), a subordinate, has always been loyal to Sister Thirteen and kept his love in his heart. Han Bin once accompanied thirteen sisters to pay homage to their dead father Ada (played by Ng Man Tat), which reminded thirteen sisters of the past. Thirteen sisters, formerly known as Cui Xiaoxiao, whose father is a gangster in Hong Xing, hang out with her good friend Zhang Meirun () in Bolan Street all day, and they are infatuated with East Star beater Zhuo (Fang Zhongxin). Unexpectedly, Shi Xian (Cheng Dong), a bully, killed Chuishui Da, and thirteen sisters decided to avenge their father.
