What documents do Laho people from Shan State in Myanmar need to apply for when they immigrate to China?

Applicants are required to truthfully fill out the Application Form for Permanent Residence of Foreigners in China and submit the following materials:

A valid foreign passport or a certificate that can replace a passport;

(2) A health certificate issued by the health and quarantine department designated by the government of China or a foreign health and medical institution certified by China's embassy or consulate abroad;

(3) A certificate issued by China's embassy or consulate abroad that it has no overseas criminal record;

(4) Four two-inch recent bareheaded color photos;

(5) Other relevant materials as stipulated in these Measures.
