2. Application conditions
1, age: 18 years old or above.
2. Financial ability: prove that you can support yourself and your family without public assistance during your stay in Hong Kong.
3. Good conduct: entry and security regulations, no crime or bad record.
4. Language ability: proficient in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) or English.
5. Basic education: Documented bachelor's degree, good technical qualification, proven professional ability or documented relevant experience and achievements are generally required.
6. Applicants need to choose one of the comprehensive scoring system or the achievement scoring system in order to obtain qualified scores.

The highest score is 245, and the lowest pass score is 80 (according to the applicant's age, education, work experience, etc.). )
2) Score system:
If you meet one of the following two requirements, you can get a perfect score of 245. If the requirements are not met, the application cannot be submitted.
A the applicant has won outstanding achievement awards (such as Olympic medals, Nobel prizes, national/international awards).
B the applicant can prove that his work has been recognized by his peers, or has made significant contributions to the development of his industry (for example, he has won a lifetime achievement award in his industry).
