Main research directions:

Industrial sociology pays attention to the property right and organizational reform of state-owned enterprises.

He presided over the National Social Science Fund 1 project and 4 provincial social science fund projects. He has published more than 30 papers and 4 books in important journals at home and abroad, such as Sociological Research, China Social Sciences, Research on Communism and Post-Communism and China Report. Among them, "Modern China State-owned Enterprises" published in Tokyo and "Social Statistics: Application of Social Science Computer Software" used as a textbook of social statistics have great influence. In applied research, he has many years of experience in market research, public opinion survey and enterprise diagnosis. Especially good at project design, organization and implementation, data depth statistical analysis and in-depth interviews. Have the ability to use sociology, economics and management knowledge for interdisciplinary research. He undertook many research projects entrusted by the government and enterprises.
