Where did so many people move to when the Hengshan Reservoir was built in Yixing City?

"Yixing City, Hengshan Reservoir was built, so many people in the reservoir area moved to the southwest mountain village of Yixing. Hengshan Reservoir, located in the southwest mountainous area of Yixing, Jiangsu Province, was founded in 1958 and completed in 1969. On the south bank of Hengshan Reservoir is the scenic HuYunfeng Scenic Area, facing Xueyuan Temple.
