What are the employment-based immigration categories in the United States?

It is the EB category of American employment-based immigrants, also called skilled immigrants.

EB-1: Employment Based Immigration: First Preference

EB-1 is divided into three types:

1. EB-1A: Extroordinary Ability (Outstanding Talent )

2.EB-1B: Outstanding professors or researchers (outstanding professors and researchers)

3.EB-1C: Multinational manager or excutive (multinational manager or executive)

EB-2 refers to the second priority for professional immigration (EB-2 for professional/technical talents).

Applicants in this priority category generally include two situations:

1. The applicant has a master's degree or above, or the applicant has a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related work Experience;

2. The applicant has special skills in the arts, sciences or business. Special skills are areas of expertise that the applicant possesses that are superior to those of others in the field.

EB-3: Employment Immigration

This type is only issued to people needed by American companies.

EB-4: Special Immigrants

Religious persons including full-time pastors, priests and clergy in some religious fields can apply for EB-4 immigration.
