1. Crow's Thumb

Takeo Takezawa (Hiroshi Abe), nicknamed "Laowu", is a professional fraudster with rich experience when he is over middle age. After reading the original work, Satomi Ishihara came up with the idea of performing on the stage, and the director Wui Sin Chong was her favorite stage director, and finally she got her wish and contributed to this cooperation.

The Secret Crystallization is adapted from the novel of the same name by Akutagawa Prize writer Ogawa Yoko. The story takes an isolated island as the stage and tells the story between people in an abnormal world where flowers, birds, books and so on gradually disappear. Satomi Ishihara plays the heroine in the play as a novelist, and Nijiro Murakami and Kosuke Suzuki are also co-stars.

Yoshikazu Okada's brushwork avoids the cruelty of cancer itself, but pours all the emotional flow into the daily life between father and daughter, especially in the home scene such as eating and cooking, which is extremely gentle in a trickle without being too deliberate.
