First, the study time in Canada

There is a time limit for online labeling in Canada. Applicants need to post labels within 45 days after receiving the email notification, and some applicants will require that their passports be mailed to the visa center within 30 days. If you receive a notification letter from the Canadian government requesting to submit your passport, you can mail it through the Canadian Visa Center.

Second, the introduction of Canadian visa domestic label

Method 1: I come to the center to submit.

Submit the original passport application documents, and bring your passport and the passport delivery fee of the visa application center (it is recommended to bring at least 300 yuan RMB cash).

The visa office of the embassy will safely return your passport to the visa application center and inform you through the relevant information provided when submitting the application.

At the same time, the center will update the online tracking system to update your acceptance status and display the passport return status. At that time, friends can go to the visa application center to get it or wait for the express delivery.

Method 2: Submit by express mail.

Step 1: Pay.

Center service fees can be remitted to the following bank accounts through bank counter deposit or online bank transfer. Please keep the receipt and indicate the applicant's name and passport number on the remittance remarks.

Step 2: mail the materials.

Step 3: Wait for the visa center to send back the passport.

Passports stamped by the visa center are usually received within 1-2 weeks.

Third, materials.

I or an entrusted agent will come to CVAC to submit it.

Take your passport, please make sure you have the following materials:

1, IRCC submits passport notification letter;

2. All applicable visa application center fees, such as passport delivery service fee and passport courier fee;

3. Your contact information, including your email address, telephone number and return address;

4. Service agreement;

5. Agency form (if applicable);

6. If you have provided the entry and exit records in your old passport when you apply online, please submit them together with your old passport; If you don't keep your old passport, please provide a statement letter. If there is no mention of past records, please ignore this item.

How to get a passport:

1. Pick it up in person/by an authorized agent at the visa center, or;

2. Send it back by courier (Note: Passports submitted by post will be returned by courier by default).

Fourth, the cost of labeling.

In the first case, if the applicant is under 14 years old or over 79 years old, they don't need to take fingerprints; Or if the applicant has previously submitted a Canadian visa application and taken fingerprints, these applicants need to pay the document delivery fee+courier service fee when applying for labeling: 100.80 yuan +74.2 yuan = 175 yuan.

In the second case, if applicants need to take fingerprints, and both fingerprint taking and labeling are carried out in the same Canadian visa application center, they don't need to pay the document delivery fee, because the document delivery fee has been included in the fees paid for fingerprint taking and photo taking, then these applicants only need to pay the courier service fee: 74.2 yuan.

In the third case, if the applicant needs to take fingerprints, but the two steps of taking fingerprints and applying for labeling are not carried out at the same visa application center, for example, an applicant takes fingerprints at the Canadian visa application center in Shenyang, but in order to speed up the labeling, he directly sends the labeled materials to the Canadian visa application center in Beijing by SF Express. At this time, he needs to pay the Canadian visa application center in Beijing, the document delivery fee and the courier service fee 100.

In the fourth case, if the applicant is in Canada, after being approved, he needs to express the marked information to the Canadian Immigration Department. There is no service charge at this time, but the applicant needs to mail an envelope from Canada Post, and the postage and return address have been paid on the envelope, which is equivalent to paying the courier fee in advance.

Fifthly, if the applicant is in a country other than China and Canada, such as the United States, he/she needs to pay the corresponding fees according to the requirements of the Canada Visa Application Center.
