Legal basis: Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of China Citizens' Pass to and from Taiwan Province Province stipulates that residents of Taiwan Province Province shall apply for travel documents from the following authorities when coming to the mainland:

(1) Those who want to come to the mainland directly from Taiwan Province Province shall apply to the relevant agencies dispatched or entrusted by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security; If there are special reasons, you can also apply to the public security organ at the designated port;
