The Decision of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Promulgating the Clean-up Results of Government Regulations, which was adopted at the1kloc-0/07th executive meeting of the provincial government on October 26th, 2007, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Promulgating the Clean-up Results of Government Regulations

According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Cleaning up Administrative Regulations (Guo Ban Fa [2007] 12), after cleaning up 2 13 provincial government regulations issued in our province before 200612, the provincial government decided to abolish the Provisions on Civil Air Defense Construction Serving Economic Construction. Four government regulations, such as Some Provisions on Self-taught Examination for Secondary Professional Education in Shandong Province, were declared invalid, and 58 government regulations, such as Some Provisions on Self-taught Examination for Higher Education in Shandong Province, were revised, while some provisions on further relaxing forestry policies were retained 124 government regulations.
