For those who leave the country for more than 1 year, from the first 13 month, they shall provide their own survival certificates issued by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad or local impartial organs to the units that pay retirement and resignation fees every year. Certificates issued by impartial institutions must be certified by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad. If you live in a country that has not yet established diplomatic relations with China, you must have a certificate from the embassy or consulate of a third country that has established diplomatic relations with China. With the above proof, the payer will continue to issue various retirement and resignation subsidies and retirement living expenses.
