British Virgin Islands and Cook Islands, where are they?

1, British Virgin Islands, located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, at the northern end of leeward islands, 0/00km from the east coast of Puerto Rico and adjacent to the United States Virgin Islands. See the figure below:

2. The Cook Islands consists of 15 small islands, which are located in the South Pacific, between 8 ~ 23 degrees south latitude and 156 ~ 167 degrees west longitude. Aroas, the capital. See the figure below:
