How to get to Tibet by train from Tonghua?

There is no through train. The easiest way is to transfer from Tonghua to Beijing and from Beijing to Lhasa.

Timetable:

Tonghua-Beijing K430 starts at 2 1:08 pm, the next day 13:40 to the total duration of about 16 hours and 32 minutes, with a distance of 1 173 km, of which 150 hard sleeper 274.

Beijing West-Lhasa departs at 2 1:30 on the evening of 27th, and the third day's journey takes about 44 hours, including hard seat: 389 hard sleeper: 699 soft sleeper: 1079, and many scenery can be seen along the way.

It is recommended to go when you are in good health and sleep more on the road.
