Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College is located in Zhangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city, 30 minutes' drive from downtown Xiamen. The College cooperated with the Graduate School of West Trinity University in Canada to launch the "China-Canada Leadership and Management Degree Program".

Students first study in the college for two years, then pass the English exam, and then are directly admitted to the West Trinity University in Canada to study in Canada. They spend 16 months studying 63 credits at West Trinity University, and then they can get a bachelor's degree in leadership management from a Canadian university (a foreign degree recognized by the people and the Ministry of Education of China).

According to Canada's visa and immigration policy, the student can get a three-year work visa immediately, and after working for one year, he is eligible to apply for immigration, thus realizing his desire to emigrate overseas.
