The county public security bureau and the county emergency bureau are responsible for the management of prohibiting the discharge and sale of fireworks, lanterns and hydrogen balloons in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city. County comprehensive, forest public security, natural resources, meteorology, market supervision, housing construction, ecological environment, publicity, justice and other departments and the sanjiang town Municipal Government shall, according to their respective functions and duties, be responsible for the work related to the prohibition of fireworks, lanterns and hydrogen balloons.
