What are the requirements for applying to immigrate to Japan?
1, naturalization means naturalization as a Japanese, and you need to give up your China citizenship.
2, permanent residence is equivalent to a longer visa, and you can basically stay without breaking the law.
If you live permanently, you can't participate in elections, vote or be elected, because you are not Japanese. In addition, other insurance benefits are similar.
So what are the conditions of these two identities?
Naturalization requires living in Japan for more than five years, of which more than three years are in tax status.
Permanent residence requires continuous residence in Japan for more than ten years, of which more than five years are in tax status.
The so-called tax payment refers to the time to obtain an employment visa or a business management visa in Japan and continue to pay taxes and insurance.
So how do you get the status of staying in these five or ten years?
There are three main types: study visa, employment visa and management visa.
1, study visa
As the name implies, it is reading, including language schools, universities and graduate students. There is a time requirement for studying in Japan. You are required to graduate from your last degree for no more than five years. Generally, it will be difficult to apply for more than five years, but it is not absolutely impossible. More specifically, the requirements of each school are different. The study visa is suitable for those who are younger, have not graduated for a long time, are not sure whether they are used to living in Japan for a long time, and want to come out and test it.
2. Employment and labor visas
That is, we usually understand the work visa, and only by applying to become a full member of a Japanese company can we get this visa. You can search Japanese industry information and recruitment information of counterpart companies online according to your own professional field. Be sure to confirm with the other party whether the position you are applying for can give you a work visa. For example, temporary workers working in convenience stores can't get a work visa and must be full members. A work visa is suitable for people who can easily find a job in Japan and have a relatively good level of Japanese.
3. Business management visa
That's what we usually call investment signing, that is, doing business in Japan and setting up your own club or shop. It needs to invest 5 million yen, which can be used for company operation. In addition, you need to have office space and rent an office or a shop, not a house. The price of Japanese firms varies according to the location and region. The more formal the firm visa, the greater the possibility of approval. Other expenses include the company's first registration, government fees for visa application and administrative clerk fees. To register a company, you need a person with permanent Japanese status in Japan as an agent. This kind of visa is the most expensive of the three kinds of visas, but it also has the lowest requirements for itself. There are no requirements for age, language ability and professional skills. The investment visa is suitable for people who are older, have an average Japanese level, and cannot or do not want to work in Japan.
