Red-fleshed navel oranges, moisture-tolerant navel oranges, HB hybrid pomelo and other citrus varieties have passed variety approval, and Japanese sweet persimmon, Japanese high-quality sand pears, American plums and other varieties are being promoted. In recent years, the breeding of new vegetable varieties has won more than 20 provincial and ministerial awards, and more than 20 new varieties have been bred and promoted nationwide for more than 1 million hectares, with an added output value of more than 1.8 billion yuan, and many varieties have reached the leading level in the country. level, has become the main vegetable variety in the Yangtze River Basin. The college actively promotes famous tea cultivation and processing technology and scientific and technological poverty alleviation in impoverished mountainous areas.
