General situation of cormorant town

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was still called Cormorant Town.

Cormorant Township is one of the earliest planned resettlement sites (market town construction) in this county. On February 27th, 2000165438, Zhang Dejiang, then secretary of the provincial party committee, visited the cormorant to guide the resettlement work. After years of efforts, the cormorant rural and mountainous immigrant community has begun to take shape. The township has been lifted out of poverty 106 households with 492 people, with a total construction area of 26,000 square meters, complete infrastructure and beautiful environment.
