Construction of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station

The power station project adopts the open channel year-round diversion method. The total construction period is 92 months (excluding the 18 months preparation period), of which the construction preparation period is 22 months and the main construction period is 55 months. The construction period is 15 months. The construction period from the second phase of flow closure to the power generation of the first unit is 77 months. The total construction period of the project is 7 years and 8 months, and the first unit was put into operation 4.5 years after the river was closed. According to the estimated feasibility study budget (calculated based on the price level in the first quarter of 2009), the total estimated investment in the power station project is 30.696 billion yuan.
