Legal analysis: 1. Under the age of 55 or over the age exemption of the state government; 2. The business migration intention score EOI is above 65; 3. In at least two of the past four fiscal years, the annual turnover of the enterprise exceeded 500,000 Australian dollars; 4. Have at least some shares in the nominated main business: (1) For an enterprise with an annual turnover of less than 400,000 Australian dollars, the applicant must hold more than 5 1% of the shares; (2) For an enterprise with an annual turnover of over 400,000 Australian dollars, the applicant must hold more than 30% of the shares; (3) For listed companies, the applicant must hold 10% of the shares; 4. Have a successful business management background and participate in daily management; 5. Have a real intention to operate and manage enterprises in Australia; 6. Nominated enterprises are enterprises that provide professional, technical or trade services to the outside world. Compared with the comprehensive management business, the applicant needs to spend no more than 50% of the time on providing these services; 7. The business and personal net assets of the applicant and his spouse are at least 800,000 Australian dollars, and the assets are legal income, which can be legally transferred to Australia within 2 years after the visa is approved; 8. The applicant and his spouse have not participated in illegal business or investment activities.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration. China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country. China citizens who want to go to other countries or regions also need to obtain visas or other entry permits. However, unless the China government has signed visa exemption agreements with other governments or the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide otherwise. China citizens who leave or enter the country as seafarers and work on foreign ships shall apply for a seaman's certificate according to law.
