American immigrants line up
1. Qualification:
The guarantor is an American citizen and can apply for immigration for the following relatives:
1). Spouse (husband or wife)

4). Married children of any age
5). Brothers and sisters, but the promoter is at least 2 1.
6) Parents, but the guarantor is at least 2 1 year old.
2. The applicant must sign Form I- 130 "Approved by the US Immigration Service" and other relevant forms and documents, including Form I-864 and financial guarantee; The State Council will immediately check whether the applicant has an immigrant visa quota. Applicants can also check the progress directly on the bulletin board of immigration quota in the State Council, USA. Please attach the following documents when applying:
1). Fill in the application form for foreign relatives I- 130 and the application fee.
2). Copy of birth certificate with parents' names and personal names or copy of American passport.
3). If you are an American citizen, attach a copy of your citizenship card or American passport.
4). If you are a legal permanent resident, attach a copy of your permanent residence permit (green card).
5). My relatives and I should fill out the G-325A form.
6). Proof of kinship must be provided.
Parent or child application
Please attach my birth certificate with the names of my parents and children on it.
Brother or sister application
Please attach your birth certificate, including their names and parents' names.
Spouse application
Please attach a copy of marriage certificate.
7). Color photos of me and my relatives.
Supplement: The applicant's conditions must exceed the poverty standard line, and 25% of his income must be guaranteed to his family, including all guaranteed relatives.
3. Application procedures:
1). After completing the I- 130 form, submit it to the Immigration Bureau.
2). In this case, the US Citizenship and Immigration Service will decide whether to approve or reject the application and notify the applicant.
3). If the application is approved, USCIS will send the application documents to the National Visa Center and wait for the immigration quota.
4). After the immigration visa queue expires, the National Visa Center will inform the applicant and the respondent.
4. Priority categories
Immediate family:
Parents, spouses and minor children under the age of 265438 of American citizens +0. Immediate family members do not have to wait for the schedule and quota, and the US Immigration Service can approve it.
The first task:
2/kloc-unmarried children of American citizens over 0/year old. It will take about 3-4 years to wait for the application to expire.
Second priority:
Spouses of legal permanent residents in the United States and unmarried children under 2 1 year old. These immigrants are divided into 2A and 2B. Category 2A includes spouses and unmarried children under 2 1 year, and the visa schedule takes about 5 years. Category 2B includes unmarried children over 2 1 year old, and the visa schedule takes about 9 years.
Third priority:
For married children of American citizens, it takes about 6 years to arrange visas.
The fourth priority:
Brothers and sisters of American citizens, visa scheduling needs to wait 12 years or so.
