Dongmaying is planned to the north of Juma River.

According to the needs of land requisition and resettlement for flood control project in the south section of Juma River in xiong'an new area, the resettlement area is located within the planning scope of Beihe Town.

According to the needs of resettlement and construction, according to the procedure, the nature of some planned construction land such as logistics storage land and industrial land within the scope of Beihe Town will be modified into residential land, commercial service facilities land, green land and public facilities land.
