How to clean snails

Put the snails you bought into a basin, wash them briefly with water a few times, then add water, and then add enough salt. Just soak the snails in salt water. Due to the stimulation of the salt, the snails will desperately absorb and spit out water.

After 4 to 5 hours, change the water, add some salt, and continue soaking. Check to see if the snails will spit out sediment again. If the water is still dirty after a while, it means that the snails have not spit it out yet, so continue soaking. If the water is very clean, it means you have spit it out and you are ready to proceed to the next step.

Take out the snails, wash them with clean water, pour them into a box, add edible salt and an appropriate amount of water, cover the lid, vibrate it up and down continuously, leave it for three to five minutes, and rinse it with clean water. . You can repeat this step, but do not add salt, until the water becomes clear.
