Decision on licensed projects

According to the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee of the State Council on Implementing the Power List System of Local Government Departments at All Levels (Zhong Ban [2065438] No.21), administrative services are no longer included in the power list management. After cleaning up the administrative service items implemented by provincial authorities, some of the cleaning results involve the adjustment of administrative licensing items. Upon examination, the provincial people's government decided to directly convert 18 administrative service items into administrative licensing items (five of which were immediately decentralized after being converted into administrative licensing items), merge 14 administrative service items into five administrative licensing items, and merge 12 administrative service items into the original administrative licensing items.
