However, the Australian Immigration Department allows overseas students to re-apply for visas after the course starts, with clause 8 105 marked. This clause means that students can work in Australia, and the weekly working hours cannot exceed the time limit, and there can be no restrictions during the winter and summer vacations. Clause 8 105 cannot be issued when students apply for a visa for the first time, and they can only apply in Australia. However, this kind of visa is still only a student visa, which is different from the usual work visa such as employer nomination for working in Australia.
