Can't Thai graduate students go to school while working?

The Immigration Bureau of Thailand stipulates that international students with study visas are not allowed to work in Thailand.

However, in order to improve students' overall practical working ability, some universities in Thailand will allow some students who meet the special requirements of the school to work part-time in some departments of the school and pay corresponding remuneration.
