1. It has a blue-printed hukou in this city, which is in line with the provisions of the Notice on the Registration Qualification of Students with Blue-printed Hukou in Our City and Their Participation in the General College Entrance Examination (Tianjin Education Commission [2009] No.6); The registration conditions of ordinary higher art (sports) colleges (majors) shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and our city; Active servicemen applying for colleges and universities shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the relevant departments of the Central Military Commission.

2. Graduates from Tibet and Xinjiang high school classes in Tianjin can take the general college entrance examination in Tianjin, but not in Tianjin.

3. Non-fresh graduates of senior secondary education schools who have registered in this city and meet the requirements of junior classes and elite math classes in universities (University of Science and Technology of China, Southeast University, Xi Jiaotong University) (Peking University, Tsinghua University) can apply according to the list of qualified candidates provided by the enrollment institutions. If candidates need to take the unified examination of cultural courses, the examination results can only be used as the basis for admission to junior classes or elite classes in colleges and universities, and can not be used as the basis for enrollment in other colleges and universities in Tianjin that year.

4. Candidates who have settled in Tianjin and hold the Permanent Residence Permit for China People and Foreign Nationals issued by the Public Security Bureau, and the candidates are graduates of senior secondary education schools, can apply for the exam.
