Basic requirements of Jeju residential immigrants

1. Invest more than USD 500,000 to buy villas or apartments in Jeju Island tourist area.

2. Investors are not required to have business background, age, education level and language ability, and do not investigate the source of assets.

3. If one person applies, both spouse and minor children can enjoy the right of abode in Korea. After holding the property for 5 years, you can apply for unconditional permanent residence in Korea, and the invested property can be sold without affecting permanent residence.
