These people have low overall quality, outdated ideas, are used to traditional agriculture, and have low acceptance of benefit agriculture. At present, although the benefit agriculture in each village has developed, the scale is small, the technical content is not high, and the development pace of benefit agriculture is slow, which seriously affects the further promotion of agricultural industrialization.

Second, the village-level collective economy is weak, and the fighting capacity of village-level organizations is not strong. Village-level collectives of ethnic minorities basically have no economic income, and the village-level collective economy is mainly solved by helping units, mostly "empty-shell villages", and there is basically no tax source in my township, so the financial operation of the township is relatively difficult. There is a serious shortage of self-built funds at the rural level, and it is more difficult to build village public welfare undertakings and infrastructure. At the same time, with the increase of rural labor force going out, party member is too old at home, and the reserve force for developing new party member is insufficient, which leads to the relative weakness of village party organizations and the lack of leaders to become rich and well-off.

Third, the scale of agricultural production and operation is too small and the production efficiency is low. At present, the per capita arable land in ethnic minority villages in my township is 2. 1 mu. Due to scattered plots and low output rate, it is difficult to form economies of scale.
