Conditions for handling Changsha Love Card

Any elderly person who has a household registration in Changsha (including Changsha County, Wangcheng District, Liuyang City and Ningxiang City) and has not applied for a pension card can apply for a pension card for the disabled free of charge with his ID card (foreign household registration with ID card and temporary residence permit).

Specific treatment conditions:

1. Changsha household registration: with the original ID card, free of charge.

2. Non-Changsha household registration: with the original ID card and Changsha residence permit, it can be handled free of charge.

3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions: Bring a two-inch photo with a white background, passport and the original residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents issued by Changsha Public Security Bureau, and collect it after 15 working days.

4. Foreigners: Bring a two-inch photo with a white background and the original permanent residence identity card of foreigners issued by the National Immigration Bureau, and collect it after 15 working days. The conditions for handling love cards vary according to local regulations. Generally, the elderly and disabled people over 60 years old are required to go to the bus comprehensive service point with their household registration book, ID card or disability certificate.

The love bus card is handled as follows:

The handling object of the love bus card must be the blind person who holds the second-generation disabled card in People's Republic of China (PRC), or other severely disabled people. It should be noted that disabled people who have applied for the card for the elderly over 70 years old will no longer apply for the love bus card;

3. Unified handling on the 5th of each month. On the 5th of each month, the Disabled Persons' Federation of the town and subdistrict office where the household registration is located will handle the love bus card in a unified way. At that time, the handler only needs to bring the required materials to the Disabled Persons' Federation in the town where his household registration is located and register the application card under the guidance of the staff. It is not necessary to apply for a card for the first time.

After registration, the agent only needs to go home and wait for the staff to inform him to get the card. The processing cycle is generally around 1 month.
